Facilities at Joydens Wood Junior School

Hidden in a residential area, Joydens Wood Junior School is fortunate in having wonderful facilities and well utilised grounds. Our school building has many facilities including:

• Twelve fully equipped modern classrooms with interactive whiteboards
• Small intervention rooms throughout the school
• A small, well stocked library
• A bank of laptop computers that allow flexible usage via a wireless network
• Modern toilet facilities
• Our large hall is used for a variety of activities including: gymnastics, school plays, assemblies and fund raising events to name just a few. Part of this building also contains our kitchen where school meals are prepared and eaten. It is fully equipped with the latest technology and lighting so school productions are well supported.
