Walking Home Permission Form 

Please click the here to complete the permission form for your child to be allowed to walk home from school. Without the correct permission children will not be allowed to walk home. 

Please inform us if these arrangements change at any point during the school year. Once the form has been completed we will assume this will be in place for each school day unless the school office is informed otherwise. 

Please note that if your child attends a club that is run by an external provider, please inform the club directly of the arrangements for your child as it will be the clubs responsibility to ensure these are in place. JWJS does not take any responsibility for the running of external clubs.
